Terms of Use

These are the terms that apply to the use of the SIMM.li site and to buying eSIM plans through it. We have written them in plain language, without lines whose only purpose is to look legal.

Who we are, and what these terms cover

The SIMM.li site is operated by Adpro Communications, and through it we sell eSIM data plans for travellers going abroad.

The terms before you apply to the use of the site and to buying plans through it. Using the site or placing an order constitutes agreement to them, so they are worth reading before you buy.

What you are buying

Our plans are a digital product: a data plan delivered electronically as an eSIM profile. No physical SIM card is sent to you, and there is no shipping.

An eSIM plan is not a phone line. It does not include a local phone number for calls or SMS. Calls and messages are possible through apps that work over a data connection, such as WhatsApp.

Before you buy — check your device

An eSIM only works on a device that supports eSIM and is not locked to a network. That check is your responsibility, and you should make it before you buy.

If your device settings offer an option to add an eSIM or a cellular plan — the device supports eSIM. Network locking is a separate matter, and it is worth checking with your mobile operator that the device is not locked. A device that does not support eSIM, or that is locked, will not be able to install the profile, and we have no way of checking this for you in advance.

Ordering and delivery

The order is placed on the site and paid for in advance. After payment we prepare your eSIM with our infrastructure supplier, and the installation details — a QR code and manual installation instructions — are delivered to you digitally and are also shown in your personal area on the site.

Usually this happens within a short time. If preparation at the supplier is delayed, the order continues to be handled and does not disappear: an order that was paid for and not completed is passed to us for review.

A plan's terms are set by the plan itself

Every plan has its own terms; they appear on the plan card before the purchase and form part of the transaction: the data allowance, the validity and when it starts, Hotspot, the supported connection and Top-up.

In most plans the validity starts with the first connection to a network at the destination and not at the moment of purchase — but this is set separately for each plan, and what the plan states is what governs. Data that has been used and validity that has passed cannot be restored or extended.

Top-up is possible only on plans marked as supporting it. There is no self-service top-up button on the site — the top-up is carried out through us with the supplier and is added to your existing eSIM, with no new QR code and no reinstallation.

Coverage and network quality

The eSIM connects to the networks of local operators at the destination. Reception, speed and availability depend on them, on the load on the network, on the exact place you are in and on the device itself. We therefore cannot commit to a particular speed or to reception at a particular spot.

What we are responsible for: that the eSIM is delivered to you, that it can be installed, and that it provides what is written on the plan card. If any of that did not happen — contact us and we will deal with it.

Prices and payment

Prices on the site are shown in shekels, and what is included in each plan is set out on the plan card.

Prices, plans and availability may change from time to time. The binding price is the one shown to you on the purchase screen at the moment the order was placed; a later change does not apply to an order that has already been placed.

Payment is made through a secure payment provider. Credit card details are not stored on our servers.

What we need from you

  • To provide correct and complete details when ordering — in particular a valid e-mail address, to which the order confirmation and the eSIM details are sent.
  • To use the plan for lawful purposes only and in accordance with the law of the country you are in.
  • Not to sell, transfer or share the eSIM profile. The QR code and the installation details are personal to your order.

Keep the installation details as you would a password — whoever holds them can use the plan. Misuse of the plan, or an attempt to circumvent network restrictions, may lead to the eSIM being blocked by the local operator or by the supplier.

Your account and personal area

After the purchase, a personal area is opened for you on the site. Under "My eSIMs" you will find the plans you have bought and their status, the QR code, quick-install buttons for iPhone and Android, and manual installation details to copy — SM-DP+ address, activation code, ICCID and APN. Usage data is shown when the supplier provides it, and it may update with a slight delay.

Access to the installation details is reserved for the owner of the order alone. You are responsible for keeping your account login details safe, and an action carried out in the account will be regarded as your action.

Please note: an eSIM profile that has been deleted from the device cannot be reinstalled.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

In short: as long as the eSIM has not been installed and has not been used you can contact us, and we check with the supplier whether the order is eligible for a refund and what handling fee it charges; the refund is carried out only after your explicit approval, and it is irreversible. An eSIM that has been installed, activated or used cannot be returned and cannot be re-issued.

If you were charged and did not receive an eSIM that can be installed, that is a fault at our end and you are entitled to a refund.

Privacy

What information we collect, what for, how long it is kept and how you can ask to see it or have it deleted — it is all set out in the Privacy Policy. We store your eSIM details encrypted.

Liability and its limitation

We are responsible for providing you with the plan you bought, as described on the plan card.

Our liability to you in respect of a particular plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage — for example travel expenses, loss of time, a missed connection, or damage caused by relying on a data connection.

Nothing in the above derogates from rights that the law grants you as consumers. A right of cancellation or refund on account of a product that is defective, or that does not match what was sold to you, is always available to you, as are the special rights that the law grants to a person with a disability, to a senior citizen and to a new immigrant.

Intellectual property

The content on the site — text, design, logo, images and code — is our property or is displayed here under licence. You may use it for the purpose of personal use of the site. It may not be copied, reproduced, published or used commercially without our written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms — for example following a change in the product, in the supplier or in the law. The updated wording is published on this page, with the date of the last update shown alongside it.

An order that has already been placed is subject to the terms that were in force at the time it was placed.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and every transaction made on the site, are subject to Israeli law only. Exclusive jurisdiction in any matter relating to them lies with the competent courts in Israel.

In one line

You are buying a digital data plan for a device that supports eSIM and is not locked. What is written on the plan card — data, validity, Hotspot and Top-up — is what binds us.
