When does the plan's validity start?

On most plans validity starts with your first connection to a network at the destination, not at the moment of purchase. Every plan states exactly when its validity begins.

Does WhatsApp stay on my Israeli number?

Yes. WhatsApp and Telegram run over the data connection, so they keep working with your eSIM. Your Israeli number stays reachable for calls and SMS only as long as your original SIM card is still installed in the device and active.

Do I need to remove my Israeli SIM?

No. The eSIM installs alongside your existing card, and you set it as the data line. Keep the Israeli SIM in the device so you stay reachable for calls and SMS, and turn its data roaming off to avoid charges.

Do I get a local phone number?

The plans we sell are data plans, and they do not include a local phone number for calls or SMS. You can call and message through apps that run over the data connection.

What do I do if I can't connect?
